What is your return policy?
All items are final sale. We do not accept returns. In the unlikely event that an item breaks on its way to a customer we require that the customer inform us of the incident by sending us pictures of the broken item as well as pictures of the inner and outer packaging the item came in. Once we receive that information, the customer will receive store credit for the broken item’s value or a replacement of the same item that was purchased.
Additionally, please note that every item is made entirely by hand. Some variations are to be expected. Whether you are buying a piece that is ready to ship or placing a special order, the piece you receive will likely look slightly different than the photo on my website. The variations, in my opinion, make each piece a special piece of art!
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, but we will soon! If you have a specific request please email us and we will do our best to make arrangements.
How are your pieces made?
All pieces are 100% hand-made with love by me! Everything is either painted with underglaze and then glazed or dipped in glaze. Some extra special pieces have 14k gold luster added in an additional firing. Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, no two are identical. Slight imperfections and variations are there to be loved and celebrated!
Do you take custom orders? What if something is sold out- can you make another?
Yes! I am always open to inquiries about custom pieces, out of stock items, collaborations, etc. I can’t promise that I will always have the bandwidth to say yes, but I would love to chat so send me an email :)
Please note that the minimum turnaround for custom orders is 8-10 weeks.
Do you ever make tiles?
I do! I currently have two tile projects in the works- both for kitchen backsplashes. Please send me an email if you’d like to find out more!
