What is your return policy?

All items are final sale. I do not accept returns. In the unlikely event that an item breaks on its way to you, I ask that you inform me of the incident by sending pictures of the broken item as well as pictures of the inner and outer packaging the item came in. Once I receive that information, I will file a claim for the package.

Additionally, please note that every item is made entirely by hand. Some variations are to be expected. Whether you are buying a piece that is ready to ship or placing a special order, the piece you receive will likely look slightly different than the photo on my website. Please note that I do not offer exchanges or returns due to these variations. The variations, in my opinion, make each piece a special piece of art!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but on an order-by-order basis. Please email me and I will do my best to make arrangements.  

How are your pieces made?

All pieces are 100% hand-made with love by me! Everything is either painted with underglaze and then glazed or dipped in glaze. Some extra special pieces have 14k gold luster added in an additional firing. Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, no two are identical. Slight imperfections and variations are there to be loved and celebrated!

Do you take custom orders? What if something is sold out- can you make another?

Yes! I am always open to inquiries about custom pieces, out of stock items, collaborations, etc. I can’t promise that I will always have the bandwidth to say yes, but I would love to chat so send me an email :)

Please note that the minimum turnaround for pre-orders and/or custom orders is 8-10 weeks.

Do you ever make tiles?

I do! I currently have two tile projects in the works- both for kitchen backsplashes. Please send me an email if you’d like to find out more!

Lead time for tile projects is at least 2-3 months. Making porcelain tiles by hand is very time consuming and tedious. The good news is that the tiles are fired at cone 10 so they are extremely durable and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Do you work on custom projects outside of ceramics?

I do! Some of what I’ve done before: bedroom mural, wedding stationery illustration, logo design, logo illustration… I absolutely love bespoke projects! Please email me to inquire further.
